02 / acceptable use
autonomous engines must not be used for deceptive, harmful, or illegal activities. seventy reserves the right to terminate kernel access if formal verification protocols detect persistent attempts to bypass safety guardrails.
03 / agentic liability
while seventy engines are designed for high-fidelity execution, you maintain final authority over all agentic actions. you are responsible for setting the appropriate human-in-the-loop thresholds for your specific industry use-cases.
04 / system telemetry
usage metrics and system health data are collected to ensure kernel stability and billing accuracy. no proprietary customer data is included in this telemetry stream, ensuring sovereign isolation.
